AI support that waits for your say-so
Sayso reads your support inbox and drafts each reply and refund. Then it waits. You read the exact words, say Yes, and it goes out once, with proof.
The demo uses a fake inbox and fake Stripe. Nothing leaves the server.
How it works
Four steps, and a person decides at the one that matters.
- Email comes in
Sayso reads new mail in your support inbox and pulls up the customer's Stripe history.
- AI drafts
It writes the reply, and the refund if one is due. Nothing has gone out yet.
- You say Yes
You see the exact words and the exact amount. Yes sends it. No drops it.
- Sent once, proven
It goes out once, and only once. The case keeps the sent message id as proof.
Built so nothing surprises you
The guard rails are part of the product, not settings you have to find.
Every reply and refund waits in Decisions. Your Yes is tied to that exact draft. If the draft changes, the old Yes no longer counts.
A refund needs its own vote and can never go over the cap you set for the workspace.
Anyone on the team can pause. Nothing is sent or charged until an owner resumes.
Inbox, Stripe and AI keys are encrypted with a key that belongs to your workspace only. After you save a key, the app never shows it again.
Private beta
Sayso Cloud is open to a small group of teams while we harden it. A workspace is for an owner and one teammate, and every new workspace starts in demo mode.
Questions
What happens in the demo?
You sign in with your email and get a demo workspace with sample customers and emails. Approve or reject drafts and see what would happen. The demo uses a fake inbox and fake Stripe, so nothing leaves the server.
Can the AI send anything on its own?
No. Every outgoing reply and every refund waits for a Yes from a person on your team.
What if something looks wrong?
Press Pause. Nothing is sent or charged until an owner resumes the workspace.
What does it connect to?
Gmail (with an app password) or any IMAP/SMTP inbox, Stripe with a restricted key, and an AI key from OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter. During the beta, real connections are switched on by us; the demo needs no keys.
How much does it cost?
We have not set pricing yet. Nothing in the private beta asks for a card.
